Job Description

Our client, an exciting, innovative, high-growth insurer, is seeking a Workday expert to lead the HRIS function in their head office.
 
Global role
Combination of day-to-day oversight with implementation projects around the region
Fun, flexible work culture in a small team
 
Reporting to the Group Head of HR Solutions, you will lead all HRIS matters for the firm using Workday. This will include managing the day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the group office’s HR system, liaising with and advising HRIS specialists in the different country offices, and leading projects such as implementations in new markets as the firm grows, or incorporating new modules of Workday.
 
The successful candidate will be a proven HRIS expert who combines solid project and vendor management abilities with strong communication skills. They will ideally come from an in-house background, though candidates from the consulting/vendor side will also be considered provided they can demonstrate a hands-on background (rather than just high-level advisory). 
 
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
At least six years of prior HRIS experience
Extensive knowledge of the Workday system specifically
Fluency in English and Cantonese
Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
