Working in partnership with the business, but very closely with the Human Capital Director and leadership team, to provide HR strategic direction and commercially focused solutions. Responsible for the implementation, development and review of people strategies to deliver objectives in line with business strategies.
The successful candidate will have an ability to work well at all levels with a proven track record of delivering highly effective HR processes, solutions and change management. You will lead the HR agenda and act as a key influencer on the business agenda. Design, develop and implement short term, medium and long term HR strategies. Participate in the business planning process and determine the HR business plan for specific business areas. Provide commercially focused solutions through the translation, application and measurement of core HR processes, solutions to drive and enhance business performance. Explore the HR service delivery model ensuring that processes and projects are consistent with strategy and add value.

Must be a strong communicator who is confident dealing with senior stakeholders.
Has a results-orientated, pro-active and enthusiastic approach.
With minimum essential experience/qualifications required and a robust knowledge and experience in HR issues covering a breadth of activities and best in class HR practices and policies.
With degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
CIPD qualification is preferred.
