Our client is an international fast growing software solution organisation, looking for a Human Resource Advisor to join the Singapore team.

Reporting to the HR Manager in Singapore and Talent Acquisition in New Zealand, you will be the point of contact to all the business units on HR advisory in recruitment, training and development, engagement, and people issues.
Other responsibilities include:
Work with HR manager on coaching and advising on people matters
End to end recruitment
Participate in workforce planning strategy
Assist the team to build the centre of excellence
Participate in HR projects (Learning and DEI initiatives)
Ideally, you should have 5 to 7 of HR experience in a fast pace working environment. In addition, you should have the following:
• Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
• A proactive and independent individual
