Our client is an established construction firm with prominent global presence. They are searching for an experienced and results-oriented HR Manager in the Singapore office.

This role will report directly to the Deputy General Manager of Singapore. You will be responsible for providing HR services and solutions to support the business objectives and assist in the implementation of HR initiatives in the region. In addition to that, you will provide overall administration, coordination and evaluation of human resource function in Singapore.
In this challenging role, you will be part of the transformation strategy team to create exciting change in the organisation. You will be tasked on workforce planning, HR processes, annual compensation and benefit exercise and planning of learning and development programs in Singapore.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong HR Management experience in established organisations with the ability to analyse situations and view the implications of decisions. It is will suit someone who has the desire to create change in a fast pace environment.
In addition, you should have the following:
• Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
• 5 to 8 years hands on experience and in a managerial position
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
