Our client is a start-up Fintech company, seeking for an experienced HR professional to join them as a HR Manager in the Thailand office.

Reporting to the Group Human Resource Director, you will be pioneering the HR team in Bangkok with full exposure of strategic and operation aspect of HR. You will be managing a small team, responsible for all areas of human capital management, including recruitment, partnering with leaders on organization’s strategic initiatives and operational support in Thailand. Being in a start-up environment, the individual has to feel comfortable working in a fluid and fast pace environment, fronting the business leaders and be very hands on in managing operations on the ground.
You will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subjects. Ideally, you should have 6 to 8 years of HR experience and it will suit someone who has the desire to build things from ground up and make a positive difference in a fast pace environment.
In addition, you should have the following:
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• A proactive and independent individual
• Savviness in stakeholder relationship management
