This role will report to the Regional HR Lead who is based in HK and looks after 4 countries. This business partner role will be responsible for providing HR expertise across a broad spectrum of HR activity, ensuring efficient and effective business operations in HK. You will be responsible for the annual people cycle, including performance management, talent management, succession planning, learning and development. You will ensure that the HR services provided in country are consistent with regional and global HR policies and processes, are of high quality and reflective of local policy frameworks.
We are looking for a well-presented and passionate HR business partner with a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained from MNCs. It is essential that you have a track record of building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and delivering service-oriented partnership to the business. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• An engaging personality with a proactive approach
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Language fluency in English, while Cantonese or Mandarin being a plus
