A global retail company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to –

Build trusting and collaborative relationships with business leaders
-
Work with store managers to build people capabilities
-
Coach and provide guidance on managing performance issues at all levels
- Drive talent recruitment and hiring plans
Reporting to the Head of HR for Singapore you will be responsible for managing annual performance and salary reviews for Singapore. You will also resolve complex employee relations issues.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
-
At least 5 years of HR experience ideally in retail, hospitality or services industry
-
Strong HR generalist experience in the areas of hiring, development and compensation & benefits is required
-
Agile and flexible approach to solving problems
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
