Looking for a strategic decision-maker
This HRBP will provide tactical and operational Human Resources Management advice, support, and services to executives, line managers, and employees supported by effective policies and procedures. This person will support the principles of diversity, fairness, transparency, productivity, and innovation in workforce development. They will also provide HR services and make decisions that are not just best for the New York office but for global offices as well.
The successful candidate will need to be a flexible, adaptable, and an outcomes-driven, problem-solver focused on results. They will need to be a mature person who is interested in supporting people and working cross-functionally.
In Addition, You Must Have:
5 - 6 years of experience
Experience with various HR functions such as attraction & retention, HR reporting & policy management, employee branding, onboarding/ offboarding, performance management, job evaluation, etc.
Previous recruiting experience a plus
Interest in making a difference
Ability to make strategic decisions and take risks
Agility and problem-solving skills
