In this newly created role, you will use your HR expertise to proactively partner with senior business stakeholders and HR specialist teams to provide strategic support and guidance on complex employee relations issues, performance management, compliance, global benefits, as well as diversity & inclusion initiatives. As a true business partner, you will work closely to the senior HR Leadership team with the implementation of strategic and operational HR programs and also participate in the recruiting efforts of internal staff.
This dynamic role requires someone with a strong, business partnering background who has worked at reputable professional services firms in a matrix-style environment. The successful candidate will be organized, service-focused, and have the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You must also handle confidential information with total discretion and deliver projects working to multiple deadlines.
You Will Also Have:
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ HR Generalist experience
- Professional Services background is preferred
- Must have Employee Relations and Benefits experience
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS experience is required
- A Bachelor’s degree
