This is a dual hatted role where you will not only be an influential and strategic HR business partner to the organization leaders but also lead the Performance and Reward team. You will drive key people development processes, provide coaching to line managers and building organization excellence to meet business grow strategies. Additionally, with the support of a team, you will lead all aspects of service delivery: including performance and rewards, HRIS, mobility, analytics and reporting. You will provide support to the regional teams across Hong Kong, Macau, Bangladesh and Taiwan
We are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist with business partnering experience, preferably gained from multinational organizations. The ideal candidate will be confident, agile with a passion for organization development and process improvement. You will possess strong communication and organization skills, who is able to thrive in a matrix environment. This role will require a strong mind-set that can embrace a changing environment.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• A strategic, critical thinking mind-set with strong influential skills
• Experience in leading annual C&B exercises
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
