Our client is large global law firm, who is now looking to re-define how they recruit across the world. As a result of this change, they are looking for an interim recruitment manager who is immediately available.
The role will oversee all aspects of lateral recruitment and will require an individual who has developed an exceptional knowledge of how the legal market operates. The team is still in flux and will require an individual that can work in an environment that will change over time.
The ideal person will have been through change and has helped developed an Employer Brand. It will also be crucial to have an ability to influence business stakeholders. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- A degree education
- Strong recruitment background
- Legal or professional services background
- Must be immediately available
