Our client, onsite at one the world’s foremost banks, is seeking an internal recruitment specialist with strong stakeholder management skills to take on a key role within their team.

Based in Hong Kong, you will develop and manage the internal recruitment process within one business line globally. You will be responsible for the end to end global internal talent transfer process ensuring strategies meet long term talent requirements. As well, you will build trusting partnerships with key stakeholders including: hiring managers, business heads, and HR partners.
The successful candidate will be an adaptable talent professional able to lead a new program. They will have excellent communication and relationship management skills to deal with internal candidates, strong organization and systems skills, as well as experience working across diverse jurisdictions.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• A minimum of seven years in a talent focused role with large, complex firms, including exposure to Asia-Pacific
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline
