Our client is a leading financial services institution and as a result of their global expansion they are looking for a senior recruiter to be based out of the London office.
- London based.
- International focus.
This is a stand-alone role, reporting to the US but covering both EMEA and APAC as part of the global remit. While this role will work direct with the company leaders you will also be required to source, search and recruit roles which makes the role a full 360 position. Alongside managing the experienced hire recruitment you will be expected to develop a graduate recruitment strategy, identifying universities to work with and establishing a brand that will make the organisation an employer of choice within the target employee market.
We are looking for a senior recruiter who hasn’t lost the ability to fill jobs but who can also demonstrate a successful working relationship with an executive board. There is no reporting to this role as yet but that isn’t to say that as the business grows this won’t happen. You will need to have worked within the financial services space, in a role that has spanned across both EMEA and ideally APAC. We are also looking for someone that has the capability to work autonomously due to the direct reporting line going straight to the US. Key traits for the successful person include:
- A degree or MBA background.
- Financial Services experience.
- Stand-alone recruitment capability.
