Exciting opportunity to join a growing start-up company based in Singapore. Due to business growth, they are looking for an independent, resourceful, and mature HR practitioner to join their Singapore office.
Dynamic and diverse working environment
Reporting directly to the Head of HR sitting in Singapore, the potential candidate will work together with the other HRBP in managing the HR function for Singapore, Americas, and UK. You will also be working with senior leadership team in the planning of HR strategy for the country. This role involves overseeing both strategic and operational duties including manpower planning, headcount budgeting, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and acting as a consultant to business leaders. You should also be familiar with Singapore’s labour law and legislation in order to be able to provide advice for business planning.
You must have excellent understanding of HR operations and willingness to be hands-on, when required. This person must enjoy and excel in a fast paced environment, and possess the aptitude to engage and build relationship senior leaders across the business. Good communication skills as well as good track record of helping business achieve their goals is a must. In addition, we are looking for the following: -
At least six years of HR experience with US and Europe coverage is a MUST (Technology and Start-up industries preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills with a global mindset and cultural dexterity
Ability to manage sensitive issues professionally and exercise mature judgement in decision making
