As a junior business partner, you will assist with a variety of functions such as organizational development, talent development, employee relations, and employee training. You will play a critical role supporting all HR matters and contribute to company best practice in optimizing employee engagement and performance.
We are looking for high potential individual who has a proactive attitude, is looking to develop their HR career, and are eager to work within a collaborative and passionate team. You must have high attention to detail and be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You will also utilize your sound judgement and work autonomously as needed.
In addition you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4-7 years of business partnering experience
- Strong background in employee relations and analytics
- High emotional intelligence (EQ)
