Our client is now looking for a dynamic and seasoned L&D professional to help establish the L&D team focusing on people development initiatives.

Reporting to HR Director, you will work as the L&D functional head working closely with external vendors on training programmes and initiatives, whilst demonstrate strong senior business stakeholders management skills to identify key business training needs; and work around a comprehensive training calendar to develop the internal workforce. You will help grow your L&D team to cope with fast business expansion whilst monitoring the training effectiveness and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong influencing skills and stakeholders management ability working with senior business leaders. Prior work experience within a start up role, attached with a minimum of 12 years L&D experience acquired from sizeable local conglomerates will be highly regarded. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
