Reporting into the Senior L&D Manager and leading a small team, you will support the retail stores to achieve business results through delivery and co-ordination of (non)-management training. You will devise the organization training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will also identify training and development needs and drive suitable initiatives that build loyalty to the firm. This training manager will work across various departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
To qualify as a Training Manager, you will have at least 12+ years of retail and corporate training experience acquired preferable from retail and FMCG industries. You will demonstrate a good track record with designing and executing successful training programs; be familiar with traditional and latest training methods. You will also have excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese and have the ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
