Our client, a major global bank, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead a team of HRBPs for their Hong Kong business.

Reporting directly to the Hong Kong Head of HR, you will act as an unofficial second-in-charge, and manage the local HRBPs across a range of business units, as well as driving a range of projects and initiatives for the HR function. You will also personally cover one of the front-office client groups as their designated business partner.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist with a strong track record covering demanding client groups, as well as a solid understanding of the banking industry. They will have the ability to manage a small team of juniors, and the HR knowledge to allow them to contribute to continuous improvement of the function.
Further, the successful candidate will specifically demonstrate:
• At least ten years’ background in HR in Hong Kong
• Substantial banking/financial services industry experience
• Fluent written and spoken English and spoken Cantonese
• Management experience is preferred
