Elliott Scott HR are delighted to have been supporting this client as they develop their HR eco-system at both Group and divisional level to support organic and acquisitive growth plans. We are now looking for a commercially savvy, energetic HRBP to join a division with exciting expansion plans for 2022.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take on a newly created role with a broad remit focused on engagement, development, learning and future HR strategy. From an growth perspective, you will be supported by an internal TA team; from a learning and development perspective, you will be supported in strategy and content from Group; but you will lead initiatives and engage with colleagues. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will support your leadership team in their strategic growth plans by ensuring people plans are aligned and ensure colleagues enjoy an exemplary people experience from pre-hire to hire and beyond. Most headcount will be located in Singapore but with growing teams based offshore in Europe and Asia.
We are looking for someone inquisitive and able to work with a high level of ambiguity. The role will not define you but allow you to suggest ideas based on your experiences. You will be working with a high energy/high intellect People Lead who enjoys challenging and being challenged as, together, you define what the people experience looks like. You will have a background as an HRBP which illustrates both broad generalist skills and adding value from a strategic insights perspective, perhaps through obvious change/transformation projects or supporting organisations as they have scaled.
