Our client is a Fortune 500 conglomerate with a prominent global presence.
Newly created role
Reporting to the VP HR, this role has been created as part of a newly formed talent function for the group. You will build the talent development framework as well as their leadership development roadmap for APAC, leading the development of leadership programmes for all management levels specific to regional needs. In this role you will design and lead the talent review process for agreed leadership and management levels, including but not limited to managing succession planning for C-suite and Directors. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders and counterparts at the Headquarters and across global offices for alignment, best practice sharing and leveraging resources.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 12 years’ relevant HR experience with a minimum of 8 years specialized in talent management, leadership and talent development. You will have gained extensive regional experience from sizable, dynamic multinationals and experience with sizable employee population would be a great advantage. Previous consulting experience is beneficial. In addition we are also looking for:
Degree qualifications or above
A highly proactive individual with outstanding business partnering and communication skills
Solid change management experience
Language fluency in English
