Reporting to the Head of Talent Management based in Hong Kong and you will play a key role in all areas of leaership development such as talent assessment, coaching, and succession planning. Since this is a newly created role you will be responsible for designing and launching competency and assessment related initiatives, programs and strategies. Provides full-scale project management, technical expertise, ongoing consulting and selection program management to senior leaders and HR business partners. This role leads and manages the research, strategy, implementation, and management of company-wide assessment programs that evaluate talent and strengthen organisational performance.
We are looking for a leadership development professional with strong talent assessment background. You would have excellent relevant experience gained from sizable multinationals. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable in business partnering with the senior management team.
In addition, we are also looking for:
Eager to make a difference and has the ability to establish relationship with people from all levels of seniority
The ability to be hands-on and be flexible.
Excellent communication skills and while fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential
Professional qualification in pymetrics testing tools is a must
