Our client is a leading Tech/Media company and they are currently looking for a new Leadership Development Specialist to join their team.

Reporting into the Head of the Leadership practice, you will evaluate and revamp current leadership development curriculum and implement and facilitate various development trainings. This role is strongly linked to talent management and development for mid-level managers to senior level stakeholders. You will work with your designated business group to ensure needs are being met and your clients are developing accordingly.
We are looking for a strong learning and development manager, who has past experience working with mid-senior level managers and High Potentials. This person does not have to come from the Media/Tech industry, though it is preferred. Candidates from consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You must have strong curriculum development and training delivery experience, excellent project management skills and an ability to work in a very fast-paced environment. In addition to this we are looking for:
- A degree educated individual
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of design and delivery of leadership programs in a commercial environment
- Ability to utilize data to drive results
