Reporting to the HR Director you will design and deliver learning & development initiatives and training courses catered to corporate staff. In this role you will identify training needs across the group using a variety of diagnostic tools and support the Head of HR in building an annual strategic learning & development plan including leadership development programmes. You will also monitor performance appraisals, identify L&D trends and assist business units in rolling out corporate L&D initiatives.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 7 years’ Learning & Development experience within which a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level. You will have worked for sizable corporations in an L&D capacity and the experience delivering courses to senior staff. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial while an industry experience in consumer goods would be beneficial.
