This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you will plan, develop and implement organizational learning & development initiatives aligned with corporate vision and values. Working with your teams you will work on company-wide training initiatives for both corporate and retail stores meeting current and future business needs. You will also develop talent development programmes as well as graduate trainee and internship opportunities, and conduct leadership training to motivate, build competence and improve performance across the business.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 12 years’ learning & development experience gained from fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in talent development it would be ideal, as well as proven success in managing a sizable team. A hands-on L&D leader with a strategic and macro vision, you will also possess the following:
• A degree qualification
• Experience gained from the service or luxury retail sectors
• A positive and up-for-challenge attitude
• Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
