A global marketing company is looking for an experienced and hands on L&D Director to manage L&D, OD and Talent Management -
- APAC coverage – 14 markets
- roll out training programs across all markets
- Strategic partnering with senior management
Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for identifying, planning and delivering training throughout the APAC region. You will plan and execute the annual talent and succession review processes and will identify and assess high performing talent. You will ensure changes are supported in key strategic projects and will help develop the change management capability across the region. You will promote the key company values and support business leaders to build a strong company culture during the continued evolution of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and have a track record of facing off to senior business leaders. You will possess strong influencing skills and will be highly organised with good project management skills
You will be university educated possessing an excellent knowledge of all the latest talent management trends. This is an individual contributor role and requires a hands on approach. You will be able to analyse and identify areas for development, put together content or other solutions and deliver it. In addition to this you will have the following –
- Minimum of eight years of experience in human resources
- Be able to travel frequently
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be experienced in learning & development, organisational development and talent management
