Our client is an expanding IT firm that has been given the budget to expand its global L&D function.
- Germany or UK based
- Bi-lingual English and German fluency is essential
- Management role
This is a new role that has been created due to the significant global growth of the business. The role will report direct to the regional leaders with a dotted reporting line to the Global HR Director. Some content has already been developed in other regions, while there is further content that will need to be designed, delivered and rolled out. The content is predominantly focused towards Leadership Development skills and capability for both high potential (HIPO) leaders and key employees. There is an opportunity to hire to further roles within the function that would report directly in and make up the regional EMEA L&D team.
We are ideally looking for someone that has come from an IT/Consulting background and who is comfortable working in a highly mobile environment. This is a build out, so we need a creative, energetic mind that works well with ambiguity. The company is building structure but it is not yet there and that means a flexible approach to learning is imperative. Management experience would be an advantage, while Travel will be a necessary requirement, mainly across the EMEA region. In addition to the above we are also looking for:
- A degree qualified HR leader
- Regional EMEA work experience
