Learning & Development Director - New York City
Located in New York City, our client is a small to medium, health-conscious organization and they are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Director to join their team!

As the learning expert, you will be responsible for the full cycle of employee learning & development. In this role, you will advise around talent development - such as employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning, as well as roll out integrated and function-specific learning initiatives. You must will work closely with leaders and the management team to proactively identify learning and performance gaps and develop tailored solutions to further the strategic goals of the business. Furthermore, you will work with the HRIS team to analyze and report on any data and feedback tools.
We are looking for candidates from mission-driven companies who value and embrace a culture of continuous learning! You will have proven experience in coaching and employee development, in addition to a proven track record of effective stakeholder and vendor/ broker management. The ideal candidate will also have excellent project management skills and a strong knowledge of learning technologies.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 – 10 years of L&D leadership experience
- Expertise of learning solutions in various forms
- Proficient in MS Office
