Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will plan, develop and implement organizational learning & development initiatives aligned with corporate vision and values. Working with your teams across HK and Macau you will work on company-wide training initiatives for both corporate and retail stores meeting current and future business needs. You will also develop talent development programmes as well as graduate trainee and internship opportunities, and conduct leadership training to motivate, build competence and improve performance across the business.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 12 years’ of training, learning & development or HR experience preferably coming from the retail industry. You will have experience working with and coaching a sizable population of largely varied seniority and cultural diversity. A hands-on L&D leader with a strategic and macro vision, you will also possess the following:
- A degree qualification
- Experience gained from the service or retail sectors
- Previous solid training delivery experience
- Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
