Learning & Development Manager – Global Bank - New York City
Located in New York City, our client is a major player in the Investment Banking industry and they are looking for a strong Learning & Development Manager to join their team.

As the learning expert for a leading client group, you will be responsible for the full cycle of employee development. You will partner with HR Business Partners to advise around talent, performance management, and succession planning as well as work with the HRIS team in order to pull, analyze and report on data and feedback tools. Partnering with colleagues globally, you will also roll out integrated learning initiatives and ad hoc projects.
We are looking for candidates from reputable, global and matrixed companies (ideally financial services) who have proven experience in coaching, and employee development. This person must have a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with vendors and colleagues globally. The ideal candidate will also have excellent project management skills and a strong knowledge of learning technologies.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 – 10 years of L&D experience in a global organization
- Expertise of learning solutions in various forms
- Proficient in MS Office
