Reporting to Director of People Development, you will be the key person to promote and facilitate L&D initiatives aligned with corporate vision and values to strengthen the business and the employees in APAC. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of global and local talent programmes and global diversity initiatives. Programme management will also be key to this role to improve employee experience (new hire experience, return to work initiative, performance management and mentorship programme).
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 8 years’ learning & development or talent development experience. You will have experience deploying an L&D function regionally and coaching a culturally diverse population at different seniority levels.
A hands-on L&D leader with a strategic and macro vision, you will also possess the following:
• A degree qualification
• Experience preferably gained from the consumer industry
• Willingness to travel
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English
