Reporting direct to the Global Learning Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of learning, specifically covering two main regions across the globe. The role will look at both soft and technical skills for the organisation and you will be required to deliver some of the training. Because of the regions you are looking after you will be required to travel and you will need to be comfortable with doing this at least once a month. The role will require someone that is comfortable reviewing and developing course content and also being able to use a number of different forums to deliver it.
This is an exciting opportunity designed for an all-round learning practitioner. Soft skills development will make up a large part of the role, but we need an individual who is comfortable looking at both soft and technical capabilities. You must be able to provide good examples of being able to deliver learning solutions and be an individual that can demonstrate a strong sense of cultural awareness. On top of this we are also looking for:
- A degree education and secondary qualification in learning.
- A passion for cultural diversity
- An ability to travel
