In this role, you will coordinate regional learning & development initiatives and work closely with various stakeholders across HK, China and Singapore. You will support all talent development activities and handle all the training coordination and logistics for the training curriculum from planning to evaluation. You will gradually take up more responsibility as project owner and drive the development of the L&D programmes such as designing workshop and running orientation for new employees. Internal marketing communication is also a main focus of the role.
The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-oriented, passionate and flexible individual. Relevant experience with a multinational company is preferred, though fresh graduates with a passion in L&D are very welcome.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Ideally some experience in managing an L&D curriculum, or experience in events management
• The ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure
• Language fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin would be valuable
