Our client is a leading financial services organisation. As a result of some recent changes to their internal HR team they are now looking for a Learning Manager to join their team.

This is a vital position within the organisation and is positioned across both the HR team and the Marketing department. You will work closely with both departments in order to put together a sales training plan that works across the globe to position their products and get the very best out of their people. The learning plans need to be structured in a way that allow people to be able to utilise online learning platforms while combining this with face to face training.
The ideal individual will be comfortable standing in front of audience and would have either been in or worked with a sales department. Experience and knowledge of financial services is regarded as advantageous, however it is not essential. More importantly we are looking for someone that has a progressive attitude to learning and is able to combine traditional and new age methods. Travel will be expected in this role, this is a global position and preference will be given to people that have experience across multiple regions. In addition candidates will need:
- A degree
- Experience of online learning platforms
- A confident and modern approach to learning
