Our client, a legal powerhouse, is seeking a resourceful and organized Legal Recruiting Assistant to join the team in their New York City office. To be successful, you must have experience in a law firm. A similar role located in Washington D.C. is also available.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires across three US offices. This is a great opportunity to get heavily involved with all aspects of the recruitment process such as material preparation, interview coordination, candidate tracking, report management, and onboarding procedures.
Ideally, you have worked as a Recruitment Coordinator/Assistant in a legal organization. You must be familiar with a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and deadline-driven environments with exceptional attention to detail, superb time management skills, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent client service and maintain strong discretion in handling confidential information.
In Addition You Must Have:
- At least 1 year experience in an HR Admin or Legal Admin role
- Must have partnership or legal experience
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
- High-level of customer service
- Proactive and professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree
