Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the C&B team to manage the compensation and benefits program to ensure they meet business objectives and best practice

  • Supervise the function of HR Operations, including payroll, tax filing, expatriate services, budgeting as well as expense analysis

  • Review and monitor benefits areas including the annual review and renewal exercise

  • Oversee the implementation, deployment, and enhancement of HRIS based on the roadmap and Group HR’s initiatives

  • Formulate and/or review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirement and industry practices

  • Lead and implement any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in C&B gaining from banking or financial institution, with at least 3 years in supervisory role 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance
