Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the C&B team to manage the compensation and benefits program to ensure they meet business objectives and best practice

Supervise the function of HR Operations, including payroll, tax filing, expatriate services, budgeting as well as expense analysis

Review and monitor benefits areas including the annual review and renewal exercise

Oversee the implementation, deployment, and enhancement of HRIS based on the roadmap and Group HR’s initiatives
-
Formulate and/or review HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirement and industry practices
-
Lead and implement any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
-
Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in C&B gaining from banking or financial institution, with at least 3 years in supervisory role
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance
