Job Description

Posityion;           Manager of HR Planning

< HR projects >
Including the following tasks but not limited to;
To find issues and make the proposal to improve the current programs, policies, processes etc. And to initiate the project according to the proposal.
To investigate labor issues together with senior manager and respective HRM, and find appropriate solution fully compliant with labor legislation
To lead project to implement new HR program and involve other members into related tasks.
To run project management for timeline and WBS, mile stone, budget, scope, resources, issues, risk, vendors etc, for HR projects in rewards
To establish the processes and procedures to run the new HR program together with other team members and continuously improve the program.
To make necessary documentation for stable process and operation for new program
To give advices if needed to other junior project members

< Labour management >
Including the following tasks but not limited to;
To answer to queries about legislation and policies, from HRM, managers and employees. And to provide consultation if needed to solve their issues.
To handle the necessary labor related process such as selection of Employee Representatives, 36 labor agreement etc
To plan and conduct education or training related to labor and policies to managers / employees
To make new policies and to make necessary changes to existing policies under the collaboration with company policy committee

< Mobility >
Including the following tasks but not limited to;
Job Description
To collect necessary information from respective parties and share it with others who concerns
To supervise vendors who provides mobility services to employees
To arrange the move of employees and make sure it would be completed in timely manner

Location; Tokyo

Salary; 6mil to 9 mil         

One of the Global Famous Sports Brand, it has more than 2700 employees in Japan. The company is planning to grow its business, especially toward to Olympic 2020.

Work environment:
Work with parties outside Japan or foreigners in Japan
All rewards team members are Japanese, but HR have some English speaker
Work independently and manage and prioritize substantial and diverse workload by him or herself
Have discretion to decide by him or herself on assigned tasks under consultation from senior manager

< Education>
University degree in BA
<Work experience>
Several years of work experience in international company in HR field
3 years-experience in labour management. Payroll, C&B experience is plus.
<Key skills>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required especially for governmental authorities
Must be fluent in English and native Japanese speaker
Strong team player
Excellent MS Office skills
International mindset
Project management skills are preferable
