The ideal candidate will be someone who’s experienced, energetic, result-focused and comes with a track record of delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational/ cultural change.
- Act as a change agent by providing support and mechanism to implement OD\HR interventions
- Partner with business to diagnose potential organisational challenges and develop appropriate solutions
- Research industry best-practices and customize the same to improve organisation effectiveness
- Aligning company culture with project goals and promote diverse and inclusive workplace
Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant experience, outgoing and strong communicator with outstanding analytical skills
- Must have previous experience working independently or with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required
