Our client is a leading Global Pharmaceutical organisation and they are seeking OD expert who can assist the organisation in areas of change management and organisational design.

The ideal candidate will be someone who’s experienced, energetic, result-focused and comes with a track record of delivering successful OD projects and supporting major organisational/ cultural change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change agent by providing support and mechanism to implement OD\HR interventions 
  • Partner with business to diagnose potential organisational challenges and develop appropriate solutions
  • Research industry best-practices and customize the same to improve organisation effectiveness
  • Aligning company culture with project goals and promote diverse and inclusive workplace


Experience and Skills Required: 

  • Relevant experience, outgoing and strong communicator with outstanding analytical skills 
  • Must have previous experience working independently or with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required
