Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will implement the annual performance and reward cycle using data driven analytics to ensure structures are both fair and competitive. You will use market intelligence to provide insights to the leadership team and recommending any changes aligned to market trends. You will partner with colleagues in Talent for their insights into market trends and feedback from colleagues or prospective hires. You will partner and coach line managers on goal and incentives to ensure targets are achievable and recognised within the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced performance and reward specialist with strong data analytical skills. Your experience should demonstrate working in complex environments and exposure to senior stakeholders. You will have a confident and engaging communication style and demonstrate the ability to influence change and outcomes.
