A leading financial services company which is currently enjoying a period of rapid expansion is looking for a confident and ambitious HR professional to join them as Manager, Talent and Organisational Development Manager

In this genuinely exciting position you will design, plan and implement talent and organisational development interventions focused on the development of people and culture within the company. Programs will be aligned to the company strategic business plan supporting the training and development of graduates, new joiners, high potential and future leaders talent pools. You will work with external vendors as well as internal subject matter experts to develop best in class program content. You will support the performance management and talent review annual processes as well as taking ownership of high potential program job rotations. Additionally you may be required to facilitate various training sessions and participate in other talent related group wide projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building skills with the confidence and gravitas to face off to senior client business leaders. You will have a minimum of eight years’ experience in learning, talent and organisational development and possess the following -
• University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree
• A self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines within time and budget
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Singaporeans only
