Job Description

Our Client, a leading Global HR Change and Transformation Consultancy are actively hiring an experienced, highly skilled and commercially-minded professional to join this high performance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of deliverables and solutions to Clients
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in Managing Resources (time, people, budgets and planning) and Data Analysis incl expertize in understand the root causes of challenges via qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Business Development: ability to drive sales/revenue, people management, account and pipeline management
  • Ability and creativity to develop proposals and bid documents


  • University educated, preferably to Masters or MBA level within Organizational Psychology or HR/Business Management or Economics (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to write and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Demonstrate ability in fostering and growing/maintaining meaningful and impactful relationships
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English; Thai an advantage but not essential
