Our client is a fast growing market leader and they are looking for a result driven Learning/Talent professional to join their growing HR team.

Reporting to Regional Talent Lead, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of national learning/talent curriculum and programme. Specifically you will play a key role in learning/talent intiatives, including the collaboration with global teams, vendors and experts to co-design and develop learning materials; supervision on the design, development and deployment process, and design delivery strategies to align with business goals as well as to improve overall quality and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have strong learning/talent experience backed by data analytics and have good client relationship management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Ideally, if you will have strong talent/learning experience.
In addition we are also looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from international matrixed organization
- Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
- Excellent excel and HRIS skills
