The Office Administrator will ultimately be responsible for completing clerical and administrative tasks required for the operation. You will be tasked with preparing contracts and paperwork for crews, tracking payroll for employees, and assisting the Branch Manager in front office responsibilities.
This role will require you to have a detail oriented approach to your work and you should also have strong decision making and problem solving skills as well.
You must also have:
- Experience working in office management or administrative position
- Have proven written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interface on multiple levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs; Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
