A well-respected Relocation Management Company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities of the organization’s Household Goods division.

As the Operations Manager you will be tasked with managing and ensuring the on-going development of a staff of 6 employees. You will work closely with the General Manager and executive leadership in order to achieve the business’s goals and make proper decisions that will enhance their growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within the HHG industry. This role will require a strong background in operations and team management. This individual must also be extremely analytical as you will be tasked with performing high-level cost, risk and benefit analysis’s in order to achieve the business’s goal’s and make proper decisions that will enhance their growth strategy.
- 6+ years’ experience in a senior level role within the Household Goods industry experience
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated abilities in motivating and directing high performing teams
- Strong knowledge around freight forwarding, domestic and international HHG
- Ability to identify issues and implement solutions
