Design, implement and manage both long and short-term OD strategies.
Provide expert facilitation and coaching to Managers regarding OD methods and tools.
Access leadership development needs and deliver customised strategies.
Design, administer and conduct analysis of an employee engagement survey
As an experienced Organizational Development Manager you will be responsible for end to end organizational development. From diagnosis of organizational needs to designing and deploying programs, tools and processes to facilitate improved organizational performance.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A passion for developing people is essential as well as a proven track record of driving organizational development. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
At least 10 years of experience in roles responsible for organizational development, culture change, leadership and people development
Expertise in areas of learning and executive development
Solid project management skills
Experience of reporting to executive audiences
