Our client is an FMCG conglomerate.
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, you will supervise a team to deliver payroll and tax services to a sizable employee population and as manager you will analyse, review and improve payroll processes, vendor performance as well as coordinating internal and external audits.
We are looking for a seasoned payroll specialist with experience from the vendor side or experience in vendor management. You will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits and payroll administration gained from sizable corporation. In addition, we are looking for:
- Degree qualification
- Experience with large scale payroll operation
- Outstanding leadership, organization and communication skills
- Language fluency in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin
