Our client is a well-established, energised and renowned retail group.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will supervise a team to deliver payroll and related services such as benefits and tax to a sizable and diversified employee population and as manager you will analyse, review and improve payroll processes and advise stakeholders on payroll and tax matters.
We are looking for a seasoned payroll specialist with experience gained from more sizable organizations or from the vendor side. You will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits and payroll administration.
In addition, we are looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Team management experience
• Outstanding leadership, organization and communication skills
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese
