Job Description

This global financial services group is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to provide key HR coordination and administrative support.

 

  • One of the world's largest infrastructure asset managers
  • Specialist, global expertise in areas such as infrastructure, energy, technology and commodities
  • Work closely with our People and Culture Partners

 

This person will provide key coordination and administrative support in the delivery of HR services and generalist advisory activities across a variety of HR disciplines including operations, talent management, learning and development, and onboarding and offboarding

 

The candidate will work as part of a close team but will also have ownership of initiatives, requiring this person to work independently, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-performing, environment with a high degree of organization and self-direction.

 

You Must Have: 

  • Ideally, you will have 2 – 3 years’ experience in a business support or HR role in a professional services environment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage, and provide advice to employees across the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills coupled with a keen interest in HR, People and Culture.
  • Ability to interpret data for people insights and build trust with your stakeholders is necessary for success in this role.
  • Curious across the breadth of responsibilities in all areas of HR and be supported to grow your career by developing your experience and capability
  • Confidence to think differently, with an eye on innovation, and be open to learning in a constantly evolving environment.
