Our client is a leading financial services company, that aids accessibility to private markets through the implementation and development of private markets technology and services. They are growing exponentially and are looking to hire a People and Culture Executive.
Location: Aldgate, London
They require an individual with strong international generalist experience to help expand and build their HR function.
Processes: review, simplify and own people lifecycle processes, from onboarding to development to exit
Hiring: own recruiter relationships and work with departmental leaders to deliver hiring targets
Development: help design and implement simple frameworks that minimise admin and maximise continual feedback and learning
Culture: support directors create a culture that drives results, clarity, collaboration and fun
International expansion: support in projects to find, open and embed culture in overseas location
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Confident to work autonomously in fast paced environment
Passionate, empathetic, direct with people
