We are looking for an experienced people experience manager to come
and work on the people engagement strategy, ensuring the smooth delivery of content for the wellbeing and D&I agendas.
With use of people data and internal communications, you will interpret and deliver the talent story, and in turn use the story to generate a more inclusive and engaging people experience.
Streamline the business communication channels
Build a culture that activates positive wellbeing, empowerment, and inclusivity
Manage well-being projects
Build engagement programmes that provide our leadership and talent with the knowledge and tools to better their wellbeing
Source people data to tell the people story of the business
