Are you passionate about using process and technology to create an exemplary ‘best in class’ people experience? This growing and innovative tech company is and are looking for someone to lead and shape their People Operations function.
Working with a small established team, you will review existing processes across onboarding to offboarding, review utilization of existing tech identifying areas for efficiency gains and innovation in employee experience. In the medium term, you will work with the internal technology teams to create a bespoke HRIS platform.
You will have experience of driving process change and implementation/upgrade of an HRIS system. You’ll ideally have experience of multiple geographies and a combination of MNC and start up environments. Industry experience isn’t important; high energy, lateral thinking and adaptability are.
